Our work
Northwest Cascade is a growing company with a variety of related businesses that serve construction and environmental needs.
There are three divisions within Northwest Cascade providing an array of services.
THE CONSTRUCTION division specializes in the installation of underground utilities, earthwork, site development, geotechnical construction and road construction. Our NCS group also provides Design/Build/Manage solutions for wastewater treatment in non-sewered areas.
THE HONEY BUCKET division provides portable sanitation services for construction sites, special events, industrial sites and municipalities.
THE FLOHAWKS division provides septic pumping and drain cleaning services for homeowners, commercial and municipal customers.
What sets us apart
Northwest Cascade is a leader in each of the industries in which we compete. Our continued growth and profitability results from our focus on making customers "hand spring happy".
Our key asset is a quality employee, dedicated to teamwork and providing customers with superior value. We are confident about our future and continuously invest in people, equipment and new technology.
Unique Culture
Our culture is dynamic and fast paced. It combines open communication, employee involvement, tremendous teamwork, and a "can do" attitude that gets results for our customers. Employees know their jobs contribute to the success of the company. In a recent employee survey, this was the highest ranking attribute. It's no wonder that Northwest Cascade has twice been named by Washington CEO magazine as the "Best Medium Sized Company to Work for in Washington State".
Room to Grow
As Northwest Cascade grows, so do the opportunities for personal growth. This is not just hype. We are committed to promote from within, and we provide supervisory and management training for those interested in expanding their skills. Five of our key managers started their careers on the fuel island - fueling trucks at night. Our Chief Financial Officer started as an accounting clerk. Our President's first job was repairing Honey Buckets. How's that for personal growth opportunities!
