FLOHAWKS SEPTIC AND PLUMBING DIVISION

PUYALLUP, WASHINGTON

 

Seeking Service Electrician with high and low voltage experience to install, repair and service components of septic systems.  This would include pumps, control panels, electrical motor controls and miscellaneous electrical

trouble-shooting. 

Seeking Service Plumber Technicians who are able to perform plumbing services ranging from simple faucet repairs to plumbing system replacements.  Must be willing to do drain cleaning and septic system troubleshooting. 

 

Minimum Job requirements (Both):

 

·        Valid/current Washington State Journeyman electrical license.

·        Valid Washington State Driver License.

·        Able to provide a copy of driver abstract

·        Good driving record; no more than two moving violations within three years

Maintenance Shop Administrator

 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrator is responsible for the development and implementation of fleet maintenance programs and all related activities in the maintenance shop and Fuel Island, while overseeing supervisors and staff.  Responsible for the quality of work and service performed on all On-Road and Off-Road equipment for all divisions.  This person would be responsible for safety, continuous training and overseeing the parts/inventory needs of entire shop.  Assures that preventative maintenance is accomplished as scheduled.  Manage to an approved budget as set by divisions.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·          Provide an environment for continuos growth and personal development, which requires coaching, mentoring, teaching, discipline and clear communication of expectations.  Be involved with hiring/recruiting and corrective/termination recommendations of Shop employees.

·          Coordinate and direct daily priorities of the entire maintenance shop with shop supervisors.  Plan, organize and direct overall work place functions.  Be the tiebreaker of priorities when needed between On-Road and Off-Road groups in the shop as needed to accomplish company mission.

·          Establish and maintain an inventory of parts ordering procedure with vendors and shop personnel to maintain maximum efficiency of repair of equipment with minimum downtime.

·          Responsible for the quality of workmanship and service provided to all equipment and divisions.  Monitor status of repair on vehicles/equipment to ensure efficient turnaround time.  Ensure all inquiries and/or complaints are followed up with timely.  Oversee all work orders and cost related to work performed.

·          Review and monitor all job duties as outlined in job descriptions for On & Off Road supervisors.  Review all shop equipment and knowledge; make recommendations on needed education and technology.

·          Review all work Sublet to outside vendors.  Analyze cost based on manpower, transportation cost, proper mechanical equipment, etc and determine whether work should be performed in house or subbed out.  Also review transporting vehicles to shop or performing work at location of vehicle.

·          Maintain a system for communications to Division supervisors, managers, general managers and/or presidents before performing extensive repairs of equipment or money spent over $1000.00.

·          Establish and maintain a system to review the cost of vehicle repair and maintenance.  Review age of, fuel cost, miles and any other items to be discussed with division manager/division presidents.  Make recommendations yearly on replacements of equipment and capital budget.

·          Maintain and enforce safety standards as established and required by the State of Washington and company policy.

·          Be aware of workload of other division’s schedules.  Attend other department and company meetings regularly to insure good communication and that working relations continue.

·          Review annual Licensing of all NWC vehicles and insure proper licensing is done on road worthy Vehicles only.

·          Manage all yards & facilities for all NWC as needed.  Coordinate up-grades, repairs, paperwork and any other needs.

·          Assure that all major repairs are approved by presidents/CEO not division managers over $5000.00.  Work with Company & Division Presidents each year to schedule building of all new equipment and vehicles.  All other duties as assigned.
